It is located on the central plateau, extending through Soria, Burgos, Segovia and Valladolid. Its Mediterranean-continental climate brings dry summers and long, harsh winters. The result is a grape, Tinta Fina or Tempranillo, with small berries, thick skins and slow, late ripening. Our vineyards, planted on clay-limestone and stony soils, are located at different altitudes, from 700 to 1000 m, which influences the style of wine, from young wines to reservas. 

This designation is considered one of the most prestigious in the world.
