General Purchase Terms
1. Identification of the owner

2. Purpose
These terms regulate the purchase of products offered through the website, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties arising from such transactions.
3. Purchase process
Purchases are made electronically through the website by following these steps:
- Selection of products.
- Confirmation of the cart.
- Entry of shipping and billing details.
- Selection of the payment method.
- Order confirmation.
The customer will receive a confirmation email once the purchase has been completed.
4. Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes in accordance with current legislation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs will be shown separately before the purchase is completed.
5. Payment methods
Payment will be made using the methods enabled on the website. The customer guarantees that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
The company reserves the right to reject orders in the event of payment incidents or suspected fraud.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
- Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by causes beyond the company’s control.
- Responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
In the event of delivery incidents, the customer must notify the company as soon as possible.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without needing to provide a reason, except in the cases legally excluded.
8. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision clearly by email to enoturismo@marquesdelatrio.com, indicating the order number and the products to be returned.
9. Product condition
Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused and with their original packaging, whenever applicable.
10. Exceptions to withdrawal
For food-safety and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal will not apply to:
- Unsealed products that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons.
- Opened or uncorked bottles.
11. Refunds
Refunds will be made once the products have been received and their condition verified. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return or proof of shipment by the customer. The company may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or proof of return.
12. Return costs
Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error attributable to the company. In such cases, the company will bear the collection or return costs.
13. Warranties
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with current regulations. In the event of a defective product, the customer may request replacement, repair where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
14. Liability
The company will not be liable for service interruptions due to technical causes or misuse of the products by the customer. In all cases, liability will be limited to the amount of the product purchased.
15. Data protection
Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and current Spanish regulations. The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by sending a request to enoturismo@marquesdelatrio.com
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s domicile.
