TERROIR

It originates in the vineyards located closest to the Duero River. The soil is sandy loam with a light gravel content. This gives it a very characteristic freshness, which, combined with its time in oak barrels, results in a wine with great personality and marked fruity nuances.

The grapes are harvested by hand after exhaustive monitoring throughout the ripening cycle. After a first selection in the vineyard, they undergo a second selection in the winery before fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with pump-overs and two daily density and temperature checks. The wine was then aged in French and American oak barrels for approximately 5 months.

Today we tried your Doña Isabella Garnacha Rosé, special grand cuvee. It's an exceptional wine. The sweetness on the nose is surprising, and on the palate it transports you to the purest flavor of the grape, pure fruit, pure raisin, pure varietal. Thank you!

Perfection and balance are the first things that come to mind when you taste this tremendous wine. An excellent Rioja, perfectly finished, extremely fine on tasting and very aromatic on the nose. A wine of impeccable category that you will never tire of enjoying again.

A great discovery both for the palate and for the mind: learning about the process and the variables that influence winemaking, and how the careful tending of the vines affects the fruit.

Tasting notes Very intense, clean, and brilliant garnet-red color. Very good aromatic intensity that conveys a sensation of fresh red fruit (cherry, redcurrant). Very pleasant on the palate due to both its initial smoothness and the balance it shows through its excellent fruitiness.
