TERROIR

It originates in the vineyards situated at higher altitudes. The soil is sandy loam with clay and limestone content. This provides us with grapes whose characteristics are ideal for obtaining a wine with a perfect structure.

Enjoy a safe bet

The grapes are hand-picked after exhaustive monitoring during the ripening cycle. After an initial selection in the vineyard, they undergo a second selection in the winery before fermentation in stainless steel tanks with pump-overs and two daily density and temperature checks. Subsequently, the wine has undergone a balanced aging process of 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
