TERROIR

It originates in the vineyards situated at higher altitudes. The soil is sandy loam with clay and limestone content. This provides us with grapes whose characteristics are ideal for obtaining a wine with a perfect structure.

Enjoy a safe bet

Grapes carefully hand-picked, meticulously selected from mature Tempranillo vines, destemmed and lightly crushed, maintaining a high proportion of whole berries to preserve fresh fruit characteristics. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 25-28ºC. Maceration time of 10 to 15 days, with regular pump-overs to enhance the wine's structure and complexity.
