Vineyards located around 700 meters above sea level. Mediterranean-continental climate. Low rainfall (400 liters). The average age of the vines is about 25 years and the maximum yield is 50 hl/ha. Loamy soils showing a balance between sand, clay, and silt.

enteras, remontados diarios. Fermentación controlada a temperatura entre 23 y 28º C con levaduras seleccionadas y autóctonas. Cada variedad es vinificada por separado.

Tasting notes Reserva - De color rubí con reflejos entre violáceos y rojizos. Notas de fruta madura, ciruela negra y matices bien marcados de tostado. Con buen cuerpo. Aterciopelado y redondo. Gran Reserva - De color rojo granate con ribete color teja y matices marrones. Aparecen sensaciones de compota madura, tostados y ligeras notas balsámicas. Agradable y delicada entrada con estructura y tanino bien integrado. Destacan especiados, vainilla, canela y regaliz.
