Historically, this variety was used only in blends to bring elegance, but Rodrigo has transformed that “grace” into a limited and exclusive production wine, elevating Graciano to its highest expression.

You can return your order within the legal period of 14 days. Your bottles or order must not have been consumed or opened. It must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We will issue the refund after receiving and verifying the product. Returns of opened bottles are not accepted. Opened products (uncorked bottles) are not returnable for food safety reasons. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error or defect.

| Tasting notes | It has an intense, deep cherry-red color. The nose is dominated by aromas of ripe wild berries; in addition, interesting nuances of pepper, minerals, and balsamic notes appear. The entry on the palate is with a pleasant and silky tannin, which concludes with a high acidity, typical of the variety, very well integrated. Ideal for accompanying both meats and fatty fish. |
| Vinification | After a rigorous selection, the grapes are harvested in the morning in 20 kg crates, to preserve the condition of the grapes until they reach the winery. Subsequently, the grapes are traditionally destemmed and lightly crushed in the winery, retaining a high proportion of whole berries. Once in the tank, fermentation begins, lasting about 15-20 days, at a controlled temperature of up to 26ºC, and with native yeasts. Several pump-overs are performed daily to extract color from the skins. Once this process is complete, the wine is aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels with a medium plus toast. Finally, it is bottled to complete its refining process before being released for sale. |
