TERROIR

We harvest our Viura from vineyards located in the Alto Valle del Cidacos, in towns such as Arnedo, Arnedillo, Herce, and Bergasa. This area is characterized by a cool climate that favors slow ripening, providing us with good aromatic concentration. For this production, we harvest a small quantity of Malvasia grapes, which are notable for their high sugar content, making them perfect for crafting this wine.

The best everyday Rioja

Cold maceration to extract primary aromas from the grapes, followed by gentle pressing to obtain a clean and aromatic must. This must is transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place. Halfway through this process, it is cooled to stop fermentation and preserve the natural sugars distinctive of this wine.
