TERROIR

The Tempranillo grapes come from vineyards situated at over 700 metres of altitude, in mountainous areas near Igea. The Garnacha, from Grávalos, provides good fruit intensity. And the Viura, for its aromatic concentration, which we cultivate in vineyards located in the Alto Valle del Cidacos, in towns such as Arnedo, Arnedillo, Herce and Bergasa.

The best everyday Rioja

In the press, we begin a short cold maceration to extract primary grape aromas, followed by a gentle pressing to obtain a clean and aromatic must. This must is then transferred to stainless steel tanks where we finally conduct alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature, between 15-18ºC, using selected yeasts.

Tasting notes Delicate raspberry pink in color. The nose is intense, fresh and floral, with hints of wild berries, especially raspberry from the Grenache. It is subtle on the palate, highlighting its freshness, bringing notes of red fruits to our palate.
