Vineyards located around 700 meters above sea level. Mediterranean-continental climate. Low rainfall (400 liters). The average age of the vines is about 25 years and the maximum yield is 50 hl/ha. Loamy soils showing a balance between sand, clay, and silt.

Destemmed and partially crushed, with a high proportion of whole berries, daily pump-overs. Controlled fermentation at a temperature between 23 and 28ºC with selected and native yeasts. Each variety is vinified separately.
