Vineyards located in the Ribera Baja subzone, between 200 and 400 meters of altitude, in the south of Navarra. It is the most important area of the D.O. in terms of vineyard extension and number of wineries. The average annual rainfall is 448 l/m2 and the number of days suitable for vine cultivation is 241 per year.

Short maceration followed by a delicate pressing at low pressure, to obtain a clean and aromatic must. This is followed by a static settling with pectolytic enzymes, and then the racked must is fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature between 15 and 18º C.
