You can return your order within the legal period of 14 days. Your bottles or order must not have been consumed or opened. It must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We will issue the refund after receiving and verifying the product. Returns of opened bottles are not accepted. Opened products (uncorked bottles) are not returnable for food safety reasons. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error or defect.

Our vineyards are located at an altitude of 700m above sea level. We have a continental climate with a very strong Mediterranean influence due to its proximity to the sea, where the average annual temperature is 14ºC, with an annual thermal amplitude of more than 17º. This thermal range is what gives the climate of Utiel-Requena its special characteristics. It has low rainfall, between 400-500 l/m2 annually. All these characteristics give our wine such a unique personality, allowing our grapes to ripen slowly and achieve their optimal concentration of aromas.

On the nose, as is characteristic of Bobal, it stands out for its intensity, with prominent fruity aromas of tart strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, it is refreshing, with bright acidity, very fruity, well-rounded, and balanced. |
| Vinification | Cold pre-fermentation maceration at 10ºC. Pressing in short cycles and at low pressures to avoid extracting too much color. Fermented with selected yeasts, with controlled temperatures between 13-16º for 10 days. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, it is left in contact with its own lees for a few months to enhance mouthfeel. |
