Terroir
Within Marques del Atrio range, this Crianza Limited Edition is the most special wine that describes us witha noticeable character and personality. In this case, work invineyards is essential, because this wine is the result of the selection of the selection in vines and winery.
The varieties are Tempranillo and Graciano that from vineyards grown in a traditional way and harvested by hand in boxes of 12 kilos. Plots are located in the Mendavia where soils are balanced structure and poor in organic matter giving a natural balance to the vineyard. The calcareous soils and carbon contents contain a uniqueness that differentiates us, producing complex wines with mineral character. The quality of the grape assures that the wine that is already produced in the vineyard is complemented in the cellar.
WINE MAKING PROCESS
Selected grapes, destemmed and with a high proportion of whole berries due to the manual harvest that guarantees the perfect condition of the bunches. Maceration and controlled fermentation with temperatures between 24-28ºC. Ageing in French oak barrels during 12 months and bottle at least for 6 months.
