Terroir

Grape harvested in plots located at an altitude between 300 and 600 meters. The vineyards have the perfect balance to allow harvesting the grapes at its best ripening stage. The low yields per hectare allow us to obtain a concentrated and aromatic wine.

WINE MAKING PROCESS

De-stemmed and partially crushed, with a high proportion of full berries. 10 – 15 days maceration period with a daily overpumping. Controlled fermentation at 24 – 28º C with autochthonous yeasts, contained in the grapes themselves.

Appearance : Cherry red ruby colour with vivid violet tones.
Nose : Aromas of ripe red fruits and balmy tones.
Taste : Sweet and round wine, with soft and ripe tannins with a long and fruity finish.
Temperature : Serve at 12 to 16º C.
Pairing : Red meat, lamb, game, chesses and tapas.

Team led by Rodrigo Espinosa, Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist by the University of Chile, with wide experience in Chile, The United States and Castilla La Mancha.
