Terroir

Vineyards located in a soft plain between 600 and 900 meters altitude. Naturally low yields are obtained, due to the age of the strains and the low rainfall during the year that ensure a good quality and the concentration of the grape.

WINE MAKING PROCESS

Destemming and partial crushing with a large proportion of whole berries. The grapes are pressed and the must is decanted for 24 hours, then the fermentation at 15-18ºC, using selected yeasts. Clarification before the cold stabilization.

Appearance : Bright yellow with greenish hints.
Temperature : Serve at 6 to 8 º C.
Aroma : White fruit with tropical nuances. Fresh with well-balanced acidity.
Pairing : Enjoyed with fresh fish, fried, seafood. As an aperitif and with tapas.
Taste : In palate is juicy and fresh, good balance wine with a fruity finish.
