Terroir

Vineyard placed in a smooth plain between 600 and 900 meters of altitude. Naturally low yields are obtained, due to the age of the strains and the low rainfall during the year, ensuring a good quality and concentration of the grape.

WINE MAKING PROCESS

Fermented at temperatures of 23-28 ºC with daily pumpings to extract aromas and colour. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine made the malolactic fermentation and stays with lees in movement to obtain roundness in the mouth

Appearance : Intense garnet colour, with violet tones. Bright and clean.
Temperature : Serve at 16 to 18ºC.
Aroma : Aromas of red fruits, elegant spicy notes that give complexity.
Pairing : Cheeses, game as wild boar or deer and roasts.
Taste : Fresh and silky with great volume. Spicy notes and velvety tannins. Persistent and long finish.
